Order Confirmation:
An order confirmation is sent to the end-user and/or the purchasing agent the same day or the following work day. The customer verifies the information on the Order Confirmation and replies with any and all changes immediately. Non-disputed confirmations are considered an accepted Order. Any and all changes are to be delivered to Pi Proteomics,LLC in writing and are approved upon reconfirmation.

Payment Options and Terms:
We process Visa and Master card and accept bank wired money. International customers are required to make payment upon shipment and are pre-invoiced. Approved accounts are termed NET 30.
