At Pi Proteomics, LLC, we offer two types of Immunization/Bleed protocols for rabbits, the 70 Day Protocol (70D Series ) or the 90 Day Protocol (90D Series) . We are always asked which protocol is best. It is our belief the 90D Series will produce a more mature polyclonal antibody.
70D Serie- Fast 56 Day Immunization/Bleed Protocol- provides an antibody quickly. Bleeds are taken at Day 35, Day 56 and Day 58.
